Resident Amenities - Parking Garage
was selected to provide garage management for Lake Park Plaza beginning in 2007. Self-park or valet parking spaces are available on a first-come basis for a monthly rental fee. Application for a parking space is made through the Standard Parking management Garage Office. Please be aware of House Rules related to the Parking Garage Garage Office Phone: (773) 975-6025 Facilities Manager: Bashir Ahmed Resident Parking Billing of resident parking is done by Standard Parking, separately from LPP Condo Association invoicing. Therefore any resident that parks in the garage, must set up a personal parking account with Standard Parking to make payment to them directly. Auto-debit payment of resident parking fees is available through Standard Parking by completing an application form available from the Garage Office. Residents who use valet service for parking may indicate the next time they would like their car made available by indicating their car license number and time needed on the chalk board by the garage entrance. Guest Parking Valet parking is available to guests of residents as garage space permits at the rates shown in the chart below. Residents who wish to pay for their guest's use of the garage may purchase discount coupons from the Garage Office. Coupons are sold in booklets of 10 for $75 and paid by check or money order only. To pay for guest parking with coupons, one or more pre-paid resident discount coupons are applied to a guest's claim check by a parking attendant, based on time as shown in the chart below.
Note: Guest parking payment is by cash or coupon only. Guest parking cannot be charged to a resident's garage
